Coronavirus: Current policy & information about contactless cleaning

We hope that you and your loved ones are safe and well during these difficult times. We wanted to inform you that we are still operating and have put in place necessary amendments and advice to enable the safe provision of services throughout this difficult period. All Cleaners have received from us a special cleaning protocol and guidelines based on GIS recommendations, including respecting social distance and the benefits of wearing PPE. More details regarding the cleaning protocol for COVID-19 are provided below.

Minimize personal contact

We recommend avoiding shaking hands as a greeting and keeping a distance of at least 2 meters from the other party.

Washing hands regularly

Recommended is to wash your hands thoroughly for at least 20 seconds and that you also dry them well. We have recommended the cleaners to wash their hands when they arrive and leave the customers' home.

Masks & Gloves - if possible

If possible, using extra protection is recommended (mask, gloves, overshoes).

Disinfection of high touch points

We recommend disinfection of high touch points cleaning such as door handles and light switches.

Contactless cleaning

A clean home can be particularly important and reassuring in the current situation. In order to be able to continue enjoying the feeling of a clean home while staying safe, we recommend customers and cleaners following these guidelines during cleaning events.

Minimize contact

Minimize contact with the eachother, agree in advance how you do this. For example, households can leave the house or sit in a different room during the clean.

Aligning on the necessary equipment

Determine with each other if the cleaner wants to use more or different (disinfection) products.

Stay in touch with each other

Let us know as soon as possible about problems arising from the service. Then we can react immediately and help.

Notify each other

If you think there is a risk of infection, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can take appropriate action.

Anticipate your cancellations

Discuss in advance with each other whether cleaning can continue to avoid unnecessary traveling to the household if the cleaning appointment is cancelled.
