  • How does Pozamiatane.pl work?

    Pozamiatane.pl is a modern internet platform that connects clients with trusted cleaners. You can order one-time or cyclic cleaning (eg. once a week, twice a week or more).

    The entire order process takes mere seconds and consists of only three steps:
    a) Enter your location
    b) Choose the date and length of the cleaning and, if necessary, additional services
    c) Pay securely online using a credit / debit card.

  • How does Pozamiatane.pl differ from other cleaning companies?

    Pozamiatane.pl is not a cleaning service company. We are a platform that connects clients with independent cleaners. These are people with several years of experience, who provide high quality service at a reasonable price. Without waiting for the valuation, with no hidden costs.

  • How can I register?

    Registration takes place during the first booking. In the form, enter your username and password. At the time of booking you already have an active account in our system, so you can manage bookings and submit new ones.

  • What can I do if I forgot my password?

    No problem. Just click on "Forgot Password?" and enter your e-mail address provided during registration. Your password is reset then.

  • Can I trust the cleaner?

    Absolutely. All our cleaners go through a rigorous recruitment process, which includes personal job interviews, checking references, background and identity screen. All our services are also insured. This means that you can trust our cleaners — your place is in good hands.

  • Can I book a last minute booking?

    Yes! The minimum time from placing a booking and starting equals to 5 hours. However, if you book last minute cleaning, please be prepared that the fee may be higher.

  • How do I pass keys to the cleaner?

    The best time to do this is during the first or subsequent cleaning. However, if you want to do it at a different time then you can leave the keys in our office. We pass them directly to your cleaner. But please keep in mind that you do it at your own risk.

  • How do I pay for cleaning?

    Payment is made online by credit/debit card or Przelewy24, a method of safe and quick online bank transfer. This means that you no longer have to remember to have cash in your wallet. 

    If you choose the first method, we'll make a pre-authorization of your credit card while booking — full payment for cleaning will be charged at the time of its completion.  You can also extend the cleaning with additional services, even during the cleaning by editing the order in your account. In the case of cyclical order (once a week, twice a week) payments are taken automatically from your card at the time of execution of each cleaning, so you only need to order once and not worry ever again.

    If you pay via Przelewy24, you lose the flexibility. You won't be able to shorten the cleaning time, so we advise you to prepare a list of additional tasks that our cleaner could do in the remaining time. You can change the time of the cleaning but please be prepared that the fee may be higher.

  • How much will the cleaning cost?

    Our base price for cyclic cleaning is 33 PLN per hour, for one-off cleaning the price is 36 PLN per hour. The final cleaning fee will depend on the booking time, day of the week and the availability of our cleaners. Apart from cleaning our experts may do the ironing or clean windows. You pay only for the total work time, no extra fees.

  • Is the payment secure?

    Yes, don’t worry. We cooperate with Elavon, Espago and PayPro S.A. (Przelewy24) which have the status of a national payment institution assigned by the Financial Supervision Commission. Elavon payment processing market has been operating for 20 years and has a permanent place in the top five of the largest global suppliers.   • Can I pay with cash?

    No. Every payment in Pozamiatane.pl is made online through credit/debit cards or via Przelewy24.

  • Do I get invoice for cleaning?

    Yes. After every cleaning, you will receive an invoice to your e-mail address. You can also download it after logging into your account in Pozamiatane.pl.

  • What if the payment for the cleaning has not been taken from my account?

    This may be due to the fact that you do not have enough money in your account. We also recommend checking your authorization limits or limits for online transactions in your bank — if you didn’t change them previously, you will need to increase them accordingly.

  • Do I need to have my own cleaning supplies?

    No, you do not need to. If you need the cleaner to bring cleaning supplies to your property, just choose this option during the booking process. Then selected cleaner will come to you, equipped with a set of professional resources, and he will take them with him after the cleaning. Cost of the service depends on the number of selected cleaning hours.

  • What cleaning supplies do you provide?
    If you order cleaning supplies from us, our cleaner will bring a whole set of professional supplies:
    - Multi-surface cleaner
    - Bathroom cleaner
    - Floor cleaner
    - Glass & window cleaner
    - Grill & oven cleaner
    - Rubber gloves
    - Microfiber cloth
    - Sponge
    - Paper towels.
  • What cleaning supplies I need to prepare before cleaning?

    Each client should have:
    - Vacuum cleaner
    - Mop and bucket
    - Broom/brush and dustpan
    - Plastic bucket
    - Iron and ironing board (in case of ironing)


    If you don’t order cleaning supplies from us, you need to have:
    - Liquid disinfectant for the toilet
    - Universal surface cleaner (dust, furniture)
    - Window/glass cleaner
    - Floor cleaner
    - Cleaner for stronger dirt
    - Rubber gloves
    - Microfiber cloth (for dust)
    - Sponge / brush for scrubbing
    - Paper towels

  • What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?

    Your satisfaction is our top priority. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with results of cleaning, please let us know as soon as possible. We will find satisfied solution.

  • How can I cancel or amend my booking?

    If you pay by card, you can do this by logging in to your account in Pozamiatane.pl. Next to each booking, you have an option to edit or cancel it. Even during the cleaning, you can change the number of hours required for cleaning or purchase additional services. However, note that you can cancel the order without penalty only 24 hours before it starts.

    If you pay via Przelewy24, you lose the flexibility.   • Do you iron or clean windows?

    Our experts can take care of your apartment or office comprehensively — apart from the cleaning they may do the ironing or clean windows. You pay only for the total work time. Please remember to choose the relevant options during the ordering process. It helps us to find for you a suitable expert

  • Are Pozamiatane.pl cleaners are insured?

    All our services are insured. We have an insurance policy (OC) in the amount of 1 million PLN. Therefore, in case of random damage to property, we recommend the following steps:

    First, talk to the cleaner — discuss with him/her the whole thing and try to reach an agreement. All cleaners in Pozamiatane.pl are self-employed or work in cleaning companies, therefore, are fully responsible for the damage.

    Property insurance — if you are not able to reach an agreement with a cleaner, check the conditions of your property insurance.

    Pozamiatane.pl insurance — you are the most important to us, so we will help you solve the problem. We can pay for your losses from our insurance, but remember that the excess reduction is 1000 PLN in the damage of property and at least 10% in the damage caused by defective cleaning.

  • What if my cleaner will be on vacation or for any other reason will not be able to show up?

    Contact us by phone or email. We will find suitable replacement for your cleaner, so you can enjoy your order.

  • How to contact a cleaner?

    Log in to your account on our platform. In the booking details you will find all the contact details of your cleaner.

  • My cleaner left my place before the end of a booking. What should I do?

    It often happens that during cyclic contract cleanings cleaner need less and less time to perform basic tasks. Therefore, we suggest that you make a list of "Additional cleaning" for when your cleaner finishes his/her tasks earlier. "Additional cleaning" includes things that do not need to be done every week, but a cleaner will be able to do them if he/she finishes faster. You can also simply update your cleaning time in your profile.

  • In what hours I can contact you?

    You can order bookings in our platform 7 days a week at any time of day or night. Note, however, that most cleaners do not work on Sundays, so you may have a limited choice on that day. Our office is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 - 17:00 where we are available in person, by telephone or by e-mail.

  • Can I evaluate my cleaner?
    Of course! We would be grateful if you share your opinion with other users. You can leave the evaluation after each cleaning, after logging into your account.
